NOMINATION BYLAWS

CRITERIA FOR SELECTION  INTO THE

BIDDY BASKETBALL HALL OF FAME

CATEGORIES:

1.     Players

2.     Coaches

3.     Benefactors / Administrators

PLAYERS MUST:

A.     Receive nomination.

B.     Be at least ten (10) years past eligibility in the Biddy program.

C.    Have been a player who distinguished himself / herself as:

1.     An outstanding player in the program exhibiting both the proper Christ like attitude and abilities that future players can aspire to.

2.     An outstanding citizen and / or achieving excellence in other areas after graduation from Biddy.

COACHES MUST:

A.     Receive nomination.

B.     Wait at least five (5) years after first coaching in the program to be eligible.

C.    Have achieved extraordinary success in being a positive influence on the lives of their players.

D.    Exhibited the type of leadership which serves as a positive example to other coaches.

BENEFACTORS / ADMINISTRATORS MUST:

A.     Receive nomination.

B.     Have been active in making the program a better place for all players.

All nominees recommended by the Hall of Fame committee will be presented to the Biddy Basketball advisory committee for consideration.

Any person involved with the Biddy program, currently or in the past, may submit a nomination.  Nominations may be made year round.

Nominations not elected into the Biddy Basketball Hall of Fame are not carried over from year to year and must be resubmitted for the next class of Inductees.
